Our new and improved professional quality shechita knives are made by one of Israel’s top tier knife producers. The chalofim have well squared corners, are very thin and made with a hard metal that makes for easy sharpening and excellent durability. The available poultry (ofos, all birds), sheep (dakos/small mammals), and cattle (gasos/large mammals)  knives all come with a quality faux leather case, a $25-$50 value.

Please note that we do not keep cattle knives in stock. These must be special ordered from Israel and this process usually takes 4-8 weeks to complete.
