My son and I had the opportunity to take Yadidya Greenberg's excellent one-day shechita workshop, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Yadidya was an exceptional teacher whose patience, knowledge, and skill truly stood out. The day was packed with a wealth of information, covered various aspects of shechita, and remained enjoyable throughout. Yadidya's teaching style managed to strike the perfect balance between informative and engaging. The shechita program exceeded our expectations in every way. I've Baruch HaShem merited in learning the laws of shechita by Rabbi Shaffier. I've also learnt how to properly sharpen knives through his amazing book. This technique always impressed Rabbi's who have checked my knives.
